Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six years of progressive experience in large-scale purchasing or supply chain management.
• Experience managing procurements backed by federal grants and using dashboards to track KPIs.
• Expert knowledge of public procurement laws, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations.
