Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in golf course management, business administration, horticulture, or closely related field.
• At least five years progressively responsible supervisory experience in golf course management positions.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and golf leadership experience overseeing multiple courses.
• Certifications such as PGA Class A, GCSAA, or CCM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Golf Division as an enterprise fund supporting five golf courses.
• Hire, manage, and evaluate five Head Golf Professionals and five Golf Course Superintendents.
• Review work methods and standards with all groups; address employee and citizen issues.
• Oversee annual budget process for the Golf Fund; monitor financials and approvals.
• Coordinate purchasing, marketing, and concession contracts; manage capital spending.
• Oversee golf programming and instructional services across facilities.
