Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Recreation and Park Administration, Golf Course Management, or related field.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support golf operations aligned with District mission and strategic initiatives.
• Develop department goals, prepare reports, and manage capital development plans for golf courses.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote golf services and maintain website content.
• Oversee budgets, bids, contracts, and vendor oversight.
• Lead staff supervision, training, performance management, and payroll responsibilities.
