Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time primary care physician to join the Center for Virtual Health in Newark, DE. The role blends a primarily remote virtual platform with limited onsite work, delivering patient-centered care through a large multidisciplinary team and cutting-edge technology.

BE/BC in Family Medicine or Med-Peds; must be licensed in DE, MD, PA and NJ. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand access to high-quality care and enjoy a competitive compensation

ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time primary care provider to join our Center for Virtual Health. The ChristianaCare Center for Virtual Health practice is located at the Heath Care Center ChristianaCare building in Newark, DE. We have a team of expert care providers who are changing the way health care is delivered. We do this by leveraging digitally enabled systems of care that use technology to bring together the extensive network of services at ChristianaCare, enhancing patient access, convenience, and outcomes.

Virtual Primary Care gives our communities access to personalized care anytime. This physician will work collaboratively with a large team of medical specialists, advance practice clinicians, medical assistants, and others to provide continuity and comprehensive patient care through our hybrid model of a virtual platform with in-person capability if needed.

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine or Med Peds
• Must have the ability to be licensed in the State of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and meet credentialing requirements.

The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full‑time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value‑based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, may offer a level of compensation outside the listed range as warranted by the circumstances.
