University at Buffalo is seeking an Executive Director for Prospect Development and Advancement Intelligence to lead a cross-functional team turning data into strategic fundraising actions.

You will oversee prospect research, portfolio strategy, analytics, and governance, partnering with advancement leaders to set goals, optimize portfolios, and share actionable insights using Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI to drive fundraising performance.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
7+ years progressive experience in prospect development or analytics, including supervisory roles.
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI preferred.

Lead cross-functional team to turn data into actionable fundraising strategies.
Oversee prospect research, portfolio strategy, and analytics.
