Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating staff up to termination
• Manage property budget and focus on cash flow after debt service
• Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel
• Ensure on-time completion of work orders and compliance with safety rules
• Oversee vendor contracts, scheduling, and payments
• Assist in site compliance inspections with Community Director
