Job summary

BBBSWIS in Wisconsin seeks a Director of Programs & Impact to lead strategy and implementation of youth development programs. You will translate community needs into actionable programming, develop curricula, staffing plans, mentor preparation, and evaluation tools.

The role drives program growth, ensures youth safety and quality, and partners with schools, funders, and BBBS network to deliver meaningful outcomes. Some travel and occasional remote work may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of nonprofit youth development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; field preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and programs.
• Proven ability to lead program development from concept to implementation.
• Strong skills in evaluation, data use, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-informed youth development programs.
• Lead program lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Oversee mentor and staff preparation and training.
• Ensure youth safety, quality assurance, and case management.
• Collaborate with schools, partners, funders, and BBBS network to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor and report program performance to leadership.
