Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in program services with 2+ years supervisory.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel within Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of large, multi-faceted program operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans in partnership with the Executive Team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reports, and fiscal controls for programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with purchasers, funders, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with system specialists to align service delivery.
• Mentor and manage a dispersed team to meet performance goals.
