Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead client programs across research, strategy, design, development and deployment of web and software products. You will coach and grow a team while ensuring disciplined, big-picture delivery and strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in managing multi-project programs, coordinating resources, and driving profitability with a focus on performance and career development for reports.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative project management in advertising, agencies, or related environments.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 7+ years managing internal teams and direct reports.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and content production tools.
• Expert in project management tools and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and execute creative projects to maximize client objectives and profitability.
• Establish operating model, communication, plan and tools for successful delivery.
• Mentor and develop the creative project management team.
