The Director, Executive Producer leads client programs and a creative project management team, guiding multi-faceted projects from research to deployment while maintaining profitability and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative project management experience in advertising, agency, or related environments.
• 5+ years of program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing an internal team and direct reports.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social and campaigns.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows and content production tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scope and risks to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and execute creative projects to maximize client objectives and profitability.
• Establish operating model, plan and tools for program delivery.
• Mentor and develop the creative project management team.
• Coach team on best practices and partner in solving client challenges.
• Lead standardized processes and tools across the Delivery team.
• Provide daily status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution and attention to detail.
• Be the primary client contact, ensuring clear project communication.
• Make resourcing recommendations and monitor bandwidth and delivery health.
