Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company at the intersection of technology and marketing, seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to lead delivery of high-value digital experiences. You will own end-to-end project execution, manage multi‑track programs, and advocate for process efficiency while maintaining creative excellence.

The role is remote-first with limited travel, offering healthcare, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital project or program management.
• Experience managing budgets of $1M+ end to end.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI workflows and digital build processes.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite.
• Strong financial awareness and budgeting/reporting experience.
• Excellent time management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-size to large-scale digital projects with budgets typically ranging from $1M - $3M.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resourcing plans with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end execution from kick-off to delivery within budget.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate when needed with solutions.
• Monitor and manage project financials including estimates, actuals, ETC, and EAC.
• Improve delivery processes and collaborate to evolve templates and ways of working.
• Serve as primary client point of contact for day-to-day delivery needs.
