On The Rise is seeking a Director of Programs to lead and shape service delivery for two core programs in Cambridge, MA. You will supervise six Community Advocates, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure program quality while advancing organizational goals.

The role demands strong experience in direct service with people facing homelessness, trauma, and complex needs, plus a proven track record of staff development and cross-functional partnership building.

Qualifikationen

• Significant supervisory experience (3+ years; 5+ years a plus).
• Direct service experience with people experiencing homelessness or related needs.
• Strong commitment to equity, self-determination, dignity, and participant voice.

Aufgaben

• Oversee program strategy and implementation.
• Ensure program quality and impact measurement.
• Provide direct supervision to Advocates.
• Cultivate and manage external partnerships to enhance programs.
• Build an inclusive, collaborative, high-trust team and culture.
• Serve as the program representative on the senior management team.
• Engage in direct service work.
• Support fundraising, communications, policy, and risk management as a leadership team member.
