RISE Housing and Support Services is seeking a skilled leader to oversee advocacy and community-based programs in Indiana. You will guide Homebase Clubhouse, court initiatives, and outreach, while developing staff and ensuring program quality.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, partnership building, and compassionate service delivery to individuals facing homelessness, with opportunities for professional growth and an engaging, mission-driven team environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of direct support experience in a human services organization.
• 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of court initiatives and homelessness services preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
• RISE background checks required.
