Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a visionary Director of Program Services to lead large-scale programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. The role focuses on operational oversight, financial stewardship, and strong stakeholder collaboration to advance the agency’s mission.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with a minimum of 5 years in related work, including at least 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must reside in Wisconsin for payroll purposes.
• Proven ability to lead large programs, manage budgets, and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of large, complex program operations.
• Oversee financial operations, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Partner with executive team to drive strategic plans and service delivery across WI and Upper MI.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, funders, and stakeholders.
