We seek a mission-driven Director of Program Services to lead large, complex programs and build strong stakeholder partnerships.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership to advance LSS’s mission while ensuring program success and fiscal health across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred depending on program area.
• Minimum 5 years blended direct care/technical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with budgets, recruitment, and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership for large, multi-faceted program operations.
• Build and sustain relationships with major stakeholders including government, congregations, and communities.
• Develop and implement strategic and operating plans; report progress to senior leadership.
• Analyze finances, ensure sound fiscal controls, and report on budgets and financial trends.
• Drive business development by evaluating growth opportunities and proposing sustainable services.
