Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a dynamic Director of Program Services to lead large-scale programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This executive role oversees operations, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder relations with purchasers and partners.

The successful candidate will have a robust background in program leadership, strategic planning, and staff development, driving mission-aligned outcomes within a complex, mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of direct care/technical experience; 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with budgeting and program services oversight; familiarity with stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-faceted programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure alignment with LSS mission.
• Develop strategic and operating plans; report progress to VP.
• Manage finances, reporting, and fiscal controls for program oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchasers and stakeholders.
• Oversee service delivery and staff performance; ensure continuous improvement.
