The director will set strategic plans, ensure fiscal health, and mentor a dispersed team while collaborating with executive leadership and payers to align services with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for program oversight.
• 5+ years in program leadership with budgeting and reporting experience.
• Ability to build relationships with federal/state/local partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations for large, complex programs.
• Lead strategic planning and implementation across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
• Manage financial health: budgets, reports, and funding changes.
• Develop and nurture relationships with purchasers and payers.
• Guide talent management and supervise a dispersed team to high performance.
