TCS is a Special Forces veteran-owned small business based in Bedford, Indiana. We support NSWC Crane with logistics, engineering and program management across multiple contracts, delivering mission-critical outcomes for government partners.

The Program Management Director will lead delivery, staffing and customer relationships for nine task orders, guiding a diverse team of engineers, analysts and support staff on site at NSWC Crane and in Bedford.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and an active SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience on DoD services/contracts.
• Experience managing time-and-materials and cost-type contracts, including funding and labor-hour tracking and Government data deliverables (CDRLs).
• Hands-on supervisory experience: hiring, managing performance and, when needed, separating employees.
• Demonstrated record of present, responsive program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, staffing and customer relationships across nine NSWC Crane task orders.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule, funding trackers and performance reporting.
• Lead staffing across all positions: requisitions, recruiting, offers and clearance processing.
• Conduct regular cadences with Government program offices and prime contractors.
• Manage transitions for new awards and redeploy staff to support continuity.
