Created Solutions is seeking engineers and technical professionals to support Navy and DoD programs at NSWC Crane, IN. Positions span engineering design, systems integration, modeling and simulation, testing, and program management, requiring a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are needed.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site in Crane, Indiana.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of defense systems.
• Perform analyses, modeling, simulations, and technical assessments.
• Support lab, field, and developmental test activities.
• Develop and evaluate hardware, software, systems, or components.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and formulate recommendations.
• Prepare engineering docs, reports, and briefings.
