Iron Will Ventures seeks a Crane Site Lead / Senior Technical Lead to guide a growing team in Indiana, working within the NSWC Crane environment. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction across multiple defense programs.

The role requires broad program experience, strong judgment, and the ability to collaborate with government leaders while developing junior engineers and analysts into capable contributors.

Qualifications

• Experience with NSWC Crane operations and Crane ecosystem.
• Strong defense program background in test & evaluation, systems engineering, and related areas.
• Ability to analyze data, model/simulate, and support engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Crane team and ensure cohesive execution across projects.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-career engineers and analysts at Crane.
• Coordinate with government leadership and customers to align technical work with program goals.
• Bridge activities across engineering, test, analysis, and program management to maximize impact.
• Represent Iron Will well with partners and the Crane community and maintain sound professional judgment.
