Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physical science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Relevant professional experience in engineering, technical, scientific, or program discipline.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work primarily on-site in Crane, Indiana.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced defense systems and technologies.
• Perform engineering analyses, trade studies, modeling, simulation, or technical assessments.
• Support laboratory, field, qualification, and developmental test activities.
• Develop and evaluate hardware, software, systems, components, or technical solutions.
• Analyze test data, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop recommendations.
• Prepare engineering documentation, reports, technical presentations, and briefings.
• Collaborate with government customers, engineering teams, laboratories, contractors, and other mission partners.
• Support technical reviews, program milestones, and technology transition activities.
• Provide technical leadership or program support commensurate with experience.
• Support classified programs and activities as required.
