GitLab, the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Professional Services Engineering to lead and develop a team delivering installation, migration, training, and advisory services. You will partner with Technical Architects and cross-functional teams to drive successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track team utilization, customer satisfaction, and escalation trends to improve operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services processes, tooling, and delivery standards.
