Concierge Home Care is seeking a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director (RN) in Clearwater, FL. This senior role leads branch performance, clinical and operational teams, and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate drives quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and market expansion while maintaining exceptional patient care. Active Florida RN license and 1+ year leadership in home health are required.

• Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations

What You Bring

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 1+ year leadership experiencein home health (Supervisor or DON level)
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
