Concierge Home Care in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director (RN) to lead our local branch. This full-time role offers autonomy with executive support and a salary around $95K+ with a bonus structure and growth opportunities.

You will own branch performance, build a local business plan, and align clinical, operational, and sales efforts while developing a high-impact team and ensuring quality patient care.

What You'll Do (At-a-Glance)

• Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations

What You Bring

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 1+ year leadership experiencein home health (Supervisor or DON level)
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
