Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar).
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency (required).
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence.
• Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed.

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Responsibilities include

Schedule

Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Minimum1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
