Concierge Home Care in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Professional Services (RN) to lead clinical operations and staff development. This full-time role reports to the Director of Professional Services and collaborates with branch leadership to drive quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, 3–5 years home health experience, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong grasp of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• 3–5 years of Home Health experience.
• 2+ years of Home Health leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and clinical operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do (At-a-Glance)

Support Clinical Operations

• Assist with oversight of daily clinical operations and patient care delivery

What You Bring

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 3-5 years of Home Health experience (required)
• 2+ years of Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required)
