Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise production support, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience in a trading/financial services context. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production.
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell or Perl; Python preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with multiple database systems.
• Experience across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Clear communication, ownership, collaboration and reliability.
• Experience in trading/financial services; post-trade familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production environment for post-trade tech apps.
• Manage infrastructure, releases, batches, and capacity planning to stay stable.
• Lead incident management with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Investigate issues and assess business impact on workflows.
• Partner with dev, infra, and business stakeholders to deliver quality support.
• Design tooling and data solutions to automate support and improve data quality.
• Strengthen processes with documentation, runbooks and continuity testing.
