Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Head of Production for AIS to coordinate all production operations across Anduril Intelligence Systems.

You will own short- to mid-term strategic development and execution, drive headcount planning, and ensure flawless delivery for a product or suite of products. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Production leadership role within an electronics based industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing a P&L in a Production environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own all Production outcomes such as ramp plan, NPI, Headcount, etc.
• Drive all people and resources to drive all production outcomes.
• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Production Test Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Be a strategic leader and hands-on contributor for AIS production operations.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget production by coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Align Production, Supply Chain, and Quality with Anduril's 5-year plan.
