Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Chief of Staff, Production to extend the SVP of Production by building operating structure, decision clarity, and organizational follow-through. The role scales a hyper-growth organization, moving from executive-led threads to autonomous cross-functional ownership.

You will filter executive engagement, own communications, and lead high-impact initiatives, while representing executive standards and priorities across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic operations, business leadership, or supporting senior executives in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record as Chief of Staff or similar executive-leverage role.
• Experience in aerospace/defense/advanced technology hardware industries.
• Ability to absorb executive context rapidly and represent leadership intent.
• Excellent executive communication skills in writing, presentations, and talks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuity across active threads and surface only what requires the SVP’s engagement.
• Design and drive operating cadence: leadership meetings, QBRs, planning cycles, reviews.
• Filter executive involvement to ensure efficient escalation and decision framing.
• Represent the SVP’s viewpoint credibly in internal and cross-functional discussions.
• Own communications from the Production leadership team and create executive content.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Plan and execute VIP engagements and all-hands events with end-to-end logistics.
• Develop leadership capabilities and drive organizational maturity.
