Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to drive production programs in a high-volume, security-focused manufacturing environment. The role spans engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and leadership to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, monitoring budgets, communicating progress to leadership, and ensuring resources meet readiness goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field.
• 5+ years in operations program management or similar roles, preferably in defense or hardware.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal strike team leader to identify and resolve complex operational issues impeding product maturity.
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and support transition to full-scale production.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on status, risks and solutions.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor and equipment for readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks affecting timelines.
