Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Coordinator to organize and coordinate all aspects of a production line on our manufacturing team. You will manage resource planning, documentation, and communications with stakeholders while solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tracking parts through production, maintaining data accuracy in MRP/ERP/MES systems, and supporting inventory and logistics teams. Experience with Netsuite/Oracle and MS Office is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
• 2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent systems)
• Strong computer skills, familiar with the full suite of MS Office products.
• Tableau, Confluence, SQL or any reporting feature experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Aufgaben

• Monitor, track, and move parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, and production resources.
• Ensure parts are handled and protected per company specs.
• Coordinate off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support manufacturing/production, supply chain and inventory teams cross-functionally.
• Keep MRP/ERP/MES data clean and accurate.
• Assist with resolution of inventory inaccuracies to meet demand schedules.
• Work with production managers to complete metrics-driven actions.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership weekly.
• Support logistics through innovative staging of workflow.
• Manage material certifications to prevent use of uncertified materials.
• Support stock returns and inventory purge actions.
• Maintain production tooling and calibration document library.
• Support work order management for assigned production cells.
• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly and work extended repetitive lifting patterns.
• Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
