Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in product management.
• Technical background with machinery or service truck equipment experience.
• Strong customer-facing capabilities and communication skills.
• Experience with new product development processes from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and lead a team of Product Managers and establish performance expectations.
• Define and lead product strategy, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities for service truck equipment.
• Use data, market insight, and performance metrics to guide decisions and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional execution with sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team and align priorities with business needs.
• Maintain engagement with customers, dealers, and industry to reflect real-world needs.
• Develop a multi-year innovation pipeline aligned with growth opportunities.
