Job summary

The role collaborates with marketing and operations to align strategies and deliver value across industries. You will research market needs, generate leads, and coordinate proposals and contracts while representing Stellar in a professional manner at meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction, engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve objectives.
• Develop and present pitches and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate and support the development of proposals and contracts with clients.
• Coordinate and support the closing of deals that create value for both parties.
