Job summary

Stellar Development Foundation seeks a Senior Manager, Ecosystem Growth to lead a team focused on finding, funding, and growing the founders building on Stellar. You will own builder-support programs, match founders with mentors, and drive traction through funded projects.

You will set strategy and metrics, oversee the full funnel from discovery to growth, and collaborate with multiple departments to maximize impact in a lean, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ecosystem growth, venture, grants, or startup programs with 3+ years managing people.
• Proven track record building and developing strong teams and managing performance.
• Experience running a funding or accelerator program at scale, including portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of senior program managers and community managers; set goals, provide feedback, and grow each member.
• Set team strategy, goals, metrics, and planning cadence to keep work visible and aligned with SDF.
• Own the full builder funnel from founder discovery to funding, launch, and growth.
• Oversee programs that help funded teams reach users, including accelerator-style GTM help, mentorship, and liquidity / security funding programs.
• Partner with Business Development, Developer Relations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to target markets where Stellar is most useful.
• Define and report measures showing portfolio health: launch rates, retention at 3/6/12 months, follow-on funding, on-chain activity, real user adoption.
• Leverage AI/tools to scale review and reporting without headcount growth.
• Engage the Stellar builder community and represent SDF at events like Meridian and hackathons.
