You will drive policy, quality, and performance targets, partnering with R&D, Design, and GTM to meet enterprise needs for accuracy, scale, and trust.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PM teams in SaaS or enterprise security.
• Proven track record launching and scaling B2B SaaS or security products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile, and lean principles.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Data-driven, analytical decision-making with stakeholder influence.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, security-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the engine portfolio and balance investments across engines.
• Build and lead a high-performing PM team with clear direction and talent development.
• Establish detection quality and performance as measurable business outcomes with clear targets.
• Partner with R&D leadership to align engineering capacity with the roadmap.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insight into a differentiated strategy that drives adoption and revenue growth.
• Align GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around the engine narrative and market credibility.
• Engage enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders to validate direction and address escalations.
• Represent the engine strategy in executive reviews, customer briefings, and industry events.
