Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to own our security product strategy end to end, including the vision, roadmap, and build vs buy decisions. You will set multi-year investment strategy for our security offerings, collaborating deeply with engineering on database security, networking, and IAM, while guiding other PMs on security-adjacent work.

You will represent the security posture externally to top customers, analysts, and partners, and drive GTM activities, documentation,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with focus on security.
• Hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts and security implications.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings.
• Translate security requirements into specifications and user stories for engineering.
• Prioritize backlog considering business value, customer risk, and engineering cost.
• Drive go-to-market for security launches including positioning and enablement.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products.
• Monitor security feature performance with data-driven decisions for the roadmap.
• Mentor other PMs working on security-adjacent problems.
