Job summary

ClickHouse seeks a Director of Product Management to own our security product strategy end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, and go-to-market. You will drive multi-year investments, work closely with engineering on database security, networking, and IAM, and mentor PMs across security topics.

You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship truly secure products and translate complex security needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on security products or features.
• Hands-on experience with database security principles.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security implications.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings.
• Go deep on database security, networking, and IAM to guide engineering decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products.
• Translate security requirements into actionable specs and user stories.
• Own backlog prioritization balancing business value, risk, and cost.
• Drive go-to-market for security launches with positioning and enablement.
• Monitor security features with data to decide what to build next.
• Provide mentorship to PMs on security-adjacent problems.
• Represent security posture to customers, prospects, and analysts.
