Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the security product strategy end to end, including vision, roadmap, and build vs buy decisions. You will drive multi-year investment plans for security offerings and work closely with engineering on database security, networking, and IAM.

You will partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship truly secure products, translate complex security requirements into specs, and guide PMs through security-adjacent challenges

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in B2B SaaS with focus on security.
• Hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and their security implications.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for security offerings.
• Go deep on database security, networking, and IAM.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship secure products.
• Translate complex security requirements into actionable specs and user stories.
• Own backlog prioritization and trade-offs considering business value, risk, and cost.
• Drive go-to-market for security launches including positioning and documentation.
• Monitor feature performance using real-world data to inform what's built next.
• Mentor PMs on security-adjacent problems and represent roadmap externally to customers and analysts.
