Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management performing digital product strategy, analytics-driven decision-making, and enterprise platform delivery using JIRA, SQL, and Microsoft Excel in a product management environment.
• Master’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Product Management performing digital product strategy, analytics-driven decision-making, and enterprise platform delivery using JIRA, SQL, and Microsoft Excel in a product management environment.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel in managing large-scale programs and coordinating multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and functional requirements for complex product initiatives.
• Translates business needs into clear product features, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Supports product roadmap development by analyzing dependencies and release sequencing.
• Reviews design artifacts and system outputs to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Develops and maintains product documentation across initiatives and platforms.
• Analyzes product performance data and user feedback to identify improvements.
