Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product Management to translate complex business needs into detailed specifications and roadmaps.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives, regulatory constraints, and technology limits while driving end-to-end delivery across platforms. You will develop requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria, support testing and release readiness, and continually improve product performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5 years of senior product management experience
• Experience delivering digital product strategy and enterprise platforms using structured analysis and roadmaps
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable features and user stories

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements and acceptance criteria for complex product initiatives
• Conduct current/future state process analysis to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to close gaps
• Support roadmap development through dependency/impact analysis
• Review design artifacts to ensure alignment with requirements
• Validate testing scenarios and defect resolution outcomes
• Maintain product documentation across initiatives and platforms with data-driven insights
• Assess regulatory and policy impacts on product capabilities
• Assist production issue analysis by identifying root causes in requirements/process design
• Perform independent analysis across multiple product initiatives
