You will lead cross‑functional rollout coordination, document changes, develop training and customer materials, and track adoption to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, transformation, or cross-functional rollout roles.
• Ability to document processes and create clear internal communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

• Refine and execute a standardized change management framework for product and process changes.
• Create clear, user-friendly internal documentation (SOPs, guides, KBs).
• Maintain a structured change history of prior and current-state processes.
