StealthWatch is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead strategy, messaging, and content for runtime security and CNAPP technologies. You will balance hands-on content creation with managing a growing team, shaping GTM, and collaborating across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity product marketing experience with runtime security/CNAPP.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong cloud security and application security knowledge.
• Excellent writing and storytelling with hands-on content creation.
• Proven record of product launches and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

• Product Marketing Strategy: Own product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy.
• Content Creation: Remain hands-on in creating collateral, briefs, website content, blogs, presentations.
• Technical Messaging: Translate runtime security/CNAPP capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small product marketing team for growth.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Lead launches and campaigns with Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Sales Enablement: Develop messaging and competitive intelligence to support revenue.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for alignment.
