Tenable is seeking a talented Director of Product Marketing to lead Cloud CNAPP and OT security efforts. You’ll shape messaging, enable the sales force, and drive demand with cross-functional teams across cloud security and OT markets.

You will mentor Product Marketing Managers, partner with sales, and measure outcomes with data-driven insights to continuously improve go-to-market strategies. This hybrid role requires strong communication and strategic execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 12+ years of high-tech product marketing or similar experience; 7+ years’ experience as a direct people manager.
• Hybrid: Ability to commute to our Columbia, MD headquarters OR Boston, MA office - 3 days per week.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cloud security and vulnerability management trends, along with working knowledge of the OT field.

Responsabilités

• Lead product marketing for Tenable’s Cloud Exposure (CNAPP) and OT solutions, with PMMs aligned to each area.
• Collaborate with multiple departments across Tenable to execute product launches, enablement programs and demand generation campaigns.
• Develop distinct buyer personas, solution messaging, and content strategy for cloud security and OT markets.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Mentor, manage and develop Product Marketing Managers aligned to cloud security and OT.
