Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Integrated Systems, to lead strategy and execution across CGM integrations, Tandem Source, and Sugarmate, aligning product marketing with commercial priorities and customer needs.

The role oversees launch readiness, collaborates with Product, Commercial, Sales, and Clinical teams, and guides a portfolio of products and partnerships to drive adoption and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business/health sciences.
• Experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, or commercial leadership in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for product marketing leaders responsible for CGM integrations, Tandem Source and Sugarmate by Tandem.
• Lead product marketing strategy and planning across assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for adoption and engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support prioritization, launch readiness, lifecycle planning, and market development.
