Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Marketing, Integrated Systems, to shape product marketing strategy across CGM integrations, Tandem Source, and Sugarmate by Tandem.

You’ll lead a team of product marketing leaders and collaborate with Product, Commercial, Sales, and Clinical teams to drive launches and optimize portfolio performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with visibility to senior management.
• Healthcare/medical device industry experience preferred.
• Strong product marketing expertise across positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, lifecycle management, and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Set product marketing strategy and execution across key business areas.
• Lead CGM integrations, Tandem Source, and Sugarmate go-to-market.
• Coordinate launches with cross-functional teams.
