Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing; Integrated Systems, to establish product marketing strategy and oversee a portfolio of product marketing activities across key business areas. The role provides leadership for CGM integrations, Tandem Source, and Sugarmate by Tandem, collaborating with Product, Commercial, Sales, and Clinical teams to drive launches and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/health sciences
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management
• 7+ years of leadership experience with visibility to senior management
• Experience in healthcare/medical device/pharma industries preferred
• Strong product marketing expertise across positioning, messaging, GTM, lifecycle, and commercial execution
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Establish product marketing strategy and oversee a portfolio of product marketing activities
• Provide leadership for core product marketing initiatives and align with product strategy and customer needs
• Oversee CGM integrations, Tandem Source, and Sugarmate by Tandem initiatives
• Lead launches and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial, Sales, Clinical)
• Develop and execute lifecycle plans and market development activities for assigned products
• Drive prioritization, launch readiness, and performance optimization with key stakeholders
• Mentor product marketing leaders and build organizational capability across the function
• Participate in planning, budgeting, headcount, and training needs for the team
• Communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
