Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee design and commercialization of key products. You will drive collaboration across engineering, marketing, manufacturing, RA/QA, and product management to schedule projects, budget resources, and ensure timely launches.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Phase Review Discipline meetings, and guiding process improvements within the PMO. Remote/hybrid options are available for this US-based position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical device development processes and design controls.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership from concept through commercialization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, manufacturing, RA/QA, and product management.
• Schedule projects, budget resources, and report progress to leadership.
• Facilitate the Tandem Product Commercialization Process and governance meetings.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects within PMO.
