You will partner with the Director, Product Management, International, and collaborate with product leaders to ensure configurations meet country-specific requirements, while helping shape roadmaps and market expansion strategies. The role requires translating global requirements into country-level plans, driving cross-functional execution, and

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience in product management, development, or planning with a degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience delivering commercial medical devices with mobile apps and international requirements.
• Strong ability to translate international business needs and regulatory guidance into roadmaps for countries/markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Tandem’s international product portfolio and roadmaps from launch to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product Leadership, and cross-functional teams to meet market needs.
• Gather VOC data, analyze opportunities, and quantify potential value for markets.
• Lead localization, labeling, and market-entry considerations in new regions.
