Job summary

Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, email, and web. You will drive audience activation, measurement, and optimization to meet brand and product goals.

You will partner with Analytics, Brand, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel programs while supporting international launches and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including ownership of integrated, full-funnel campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Experience leading campaigns, launches, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads integrated digital marketing strategy and execution across paid media, email, web, and campaigns.
• Translates business goals into channel strategies, briefs, media plans, and measurement roadmaps.
• Owns campaign performance, budget pacing, funnel progression, and ROI.
• Builds measurement dashboards with analytics teams and provides actionable insights.
