Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience shaping product direction with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Strategy to translate strategic direction into actionable product outcomes and priorities.
• Lead product discovery and decision making from ambiguity to clarity; frame problems, evaluate options, and drive evidence-based product decisions in evolving information.
• Set the standard for high-quality product management through discovery, prioritization, narrative development, and outcome definition that others can adopt.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, data, commercial, legal, and operational stakeholders to deliver outcomes without direct supervision.
• Act as a catalyst for improving product ways of working; identify opportunities and build momentum through influence and credibility.
• Communicate product strategy, risks, and decisions to senior leadership to enable informed alignment.
